Her work combines strategic facilitation, executive coaching, and deep experience guiding leadership teams through complex decisions, organizational change, and moments of growth.
Jen holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Strategy, has advanced training in executive coaching and facilitation, and is certified in multiple leadership assessment tools.
